Over Singaporetext : Simon Tay |
No landscape in the world has been more transformed by the hand of man than Singapore’s. Once a tropical island of forest, fishermen and gambier plantations, Singapore is now Asia’s most dynamic city. Its skyline changes weekly, and some 15 per cent of its land has been reclaimed from the sea in the past 20 years. Revealing photos and a text by one of Singapore’s leading young writers celebrate the Singapore transformation.
