Novelist, essayist, and translator, Lucien d’Azay was born in 1966. He is the author of about fifteen books that blend biography, leisurely exploration, and keepsake elements: portraits intertwine with intimate memories and literary reminiscences. His most recent works include « Sur les chemins de Palmyre » (La Table Ronde, 2012), « Keats, keepsake » (Les Belles Lettres, 2014), « Dictionnaire insolite de Florence » (Cosmopole, 2015), and « Ashley et Gilda » (Les Belles Lettres, 2016).
