Stanislas Dupleix was born in 1976, married, and a father of three children. A graduate of ESSEC, driven by a passion for meeting people and the pleasure of words, he left Paris for Loir-et-Cher and founded Plume d’Eléphant in 2010, a publishing house specializing in biographies. Mastering the art of a chameleon, he collects, writes, and publishes the life stories of a wide variety of people, delving into, if not the human soul, at least the layers of our society. With a passion for heritage and history, continually questioning the concepts of time, destiny, and transmission, he is also a guitarist, singer, marathon runner, and a lover of travel, cinema, and poetry. Following « Impressions de Loir et Cher » in 2014, « Villaines » is his second collaboration with Fabrice Moireau.
