Jean-Marie Dallet, since « Les Antipodes, » prefaced by Marguerite Duras, has written around fifteen novels, including « Dieudonné Soleil, » which received the Goncourt Prize for historical narrative. After sailing between the Mediterranean and the South Pacific, he currently resides in Sanary on the Var coast. His latest novels, « Au plus loin du tropique, » « Encre de guerre, » and « De pareils tigres, » have been published by Éditions du Sonneur.
